Our commitment to your success is epitomized by our business model. When we work with you to implement the complete process we expect to receive equity stakes in your spin outs as a major component of our compensation.
We have recently implemented the “Founder’s Option” whereby your cost is limited unless value is created. At each of four major milestone points in our seven stage process you have the option to determine how and whether we proceed as well as the compensation mix (equity or fees). However, if RPX Group launches the spin out, we receive a significant founder’s share of equity for our participation.
RPX Group provides significant value by focusing on opportunities outside the corporate vision, bringing unique non-core expertise to the situation, and developing market-based, experience tested processes and methods to increase the prospects for success. We prefer to accept the role of partner, taking the same risks as our clients and sharing in the rewards.
