Presentation Development & Coaching

In every phase of private equity from angel investing to leveraged buyout the percentage of deals that get funded is in the low single digits and in technology venture capital its less than one percent.  With odds that low a compelling presentation is an essential but often overlooked aspect of the funding process.  RPX Group has extensive experience and demonstrated success in helping companies break through the noise.

Investor Introductions

Federal securities laws generally prohibit anyone other than a registered broker/dealer from arranging the sale of equity ownership for investment purposes on a success fee basis.  RPX Group does not participate in this activity.  However, we do have relationships with angel investors and private equity firms throughout the country and are pleased to connect great opportunities with interested investors when the interests of both sides are aligned.
